Odd Burger Closes $430k in First Tranche of Private Placement

LONDON, ON, Jan. 2, 2025 /CNW/ - Odd Burger Corporation ("Odd Burger" or the "Company") (TSXV: ODD) (OTCPK: ODDAF) (FSE: IA9) is pleased to announce that, on December 30, 2024, it has completed the first tranche of a non-brokered private placement (the "Offering") of 1,720,000 Units of the Company (the "Units") at a price of $0.25 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $430,000. The closing of the Offering has been extended by the Company to January 31, 2025.

Each Unit consists of one common share in the capital of the Company (a "Common Share") and one Common Share purchase warrant (a "Warrant"). Each Warrant entitles the holder thereof to purchase one Common Share at a price of $0.30 per Common Share at any time up to 4:00 p.m. (Toronto time) on or before December 30, 2026. The net proceeds of the Offering will be used by the Company for working capital purposes.

Completion of the Offering will be subject to receipt of all required regulatory and stock exchange approvals including the final acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange. All securities issued in connection with the Offering are subject to a hold period of four months and one day.
